Guest Experience Associates & Youth Program Assistants

GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE (Part-time & Full-time, up to 30 hours/week)
Join our team at Spinners Pinball Arcade as a Guest Experience Associate! As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be the friendly face responsible for greeting guests, assisting with purchases, and ensuring everyone has a memorable experience at our arcade.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed
- Accurately process purchases using our point-of-sale system
- Promote arcade specials and events to guests
- Make concession and merchandise sales
- Willing to learn how to deal with minor game issues and perform maintenance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Requirements:
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
YOUTH PROGRAM ASSISTANT (Part-time, up to 20 hours/week)
Join our team at Spinners Pinball Arcade as a Youth Program Assistant! In this role, you'll work closely with children aged 6-16 during our youth events and summer camps, providing engaging and enriching experiences while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise groups of children and ensure their safety during activities
- Organize and facilitate youth events and summer camps
- Help develop age-appropriate activities and workshops
- Assist with minor game issues and maintenance as needed during activities
- Collaborate with management and team members to ensure a positive experience for all participants
- Help Guest Experience Associates as needed with other necessary duties
Requirements:
- Age 21 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
